Jewel Private Residences - a holiday apartment where tropical Island meets a beachside lux lifestyle.
Our client reached out to us after purchasing an apartment in the Jewel Tower. She wanted our involvement in furnishing, styling, and fitting out the apartment for personal use during holidays and as a rental property throughout the year. The clients brief was styling with a 'Hawaiian Island feel' to evoke memories of family vacations in Hawaii. Situated on the beachfront, Jewel Private Residences offer a captivating blend of global luxury and coastal charm. With beach access and unparalleled amenities, the development epitomises a unique oceanfront apartment lifestyle experience.
This project was a delightful collaboration, with our Sydney and QLD teams working closely together, as our client resided in Sydney and the project was in QLD. With stunning balcony views overlooking the ocean, we incorporated soft tones with accents of pink and orange featured in the cushions and décor, giving the apartment an island retreat feel. Our team provided a complete turnkey package, handling everything from stocking cupboards with cutlery and crockery to making the beds and fitting out bathrooms with towels, soaps, and accessories.
