Boasting six years of experience in visual merchandising at Alfresco Emporium and armed with an Interior Design qualification, Courtney infuses her work with creativity and innate flair.
Specialising in crafting captivating vignettes, she expertly blends colour, pattern, and texture to cater to clients' needs.
Passionate about interiors, Courtney stays abreast of the latest trends, though her heart belongs to the timeless allure of blue and white. With her expertise and devotion to her craft, Courtney elevates every project, adding sophistication and style.

The Process

  • 1. Design Consultation

    This is your first official meet-and-greet with the styling team at Alfresco Emporium. After receiving your online engagement form, we book in an appointment in-store at our design studio. We encourage you to bring in visual references so we can discuss your needs and expectations. Our design package fees are finalised on this day and prior to your site visit.

  • 2. Site Visit

    The stylists dedicated to your project will meet with you in your home to take measurements of each space, observe lighting/aspects, collect imagery, sight current furniture and discuss your project in more detail to determine your full design brief.

  • 3. Design Development

    At this stage your stylist dedicates their design expertise and knowledge to consider your property brief before curating mood boards, 2D/3D imagery, floor plans, furniture specifications and all visual references to enable your project to come to life. Careful consideration for the project budget always plays an important part in the selections.

  • 4. Proposal Presentation

    Our proposal meetings are held in-store to provide an in-depth presentation of design selections. It includes (but is not limited to) the following; furniture/decor selection, materials/samples, budget/costings, and stock availability.

  • 5. Deposit Payment

    A 50% deposit is required to secure furniture and décor. A 10% discount is offered for all Essential and Signature packages, if client confirmation is received within 10 days of the initial proposal presentation.

  • 6. Installation and Styling

    On the day of installation, our team will arrive at your home to begin the install of the furniture and décor items. We recommend that clients do not attend the install until it is complete, to allow for the full experience of the room reveal.
